1. Delivery

Deliveries are made by our chosen shipping company on business days and require a signature on delivery. Please contact customer care prior to ordering if you have any queries. If the first delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a calling card for the receiver's attention detailing clear instructions of how to arrange a re-delivery.  2. Gift Wrap

If you are buying a gift, simply check the gift-wrap option at a check out and your order will arrive beautifully packaged in wrapping paper that fits the Tovmali aesthetic. If you need assistance please contact customer care via email at Hello@Tovmali.com

 

3. Exchanges

If you ask for an exchange of your purchased product (exchanges are valid within 7 days), you may only exchange your product for the same color product, but of a different size since it was Made to Order. You may not exchange your product for a different product or the same product of a different color, unless agreed on a case-by-case basis by customer service, in our sole discretion, at the time. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability. We will notify you if an exchange is possible.

Exchanged products will be dispatched to you upon our warehouse having received the original products (or any previous exchanges) in the return condition required above in the first paragraph of Section 3.1 below, which shall be incorporated herein, and all other delivery and collection charges have been paid by you. In respect of further exchanges, we may, at our sole discretion, refuse such further exchanges for a product after the first exchange, particularly, if we have reason to suspect that you are not acting in good faith.

3.1 Exchange Conditions

All purchased products being exchanged must be returned in full including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original Tovmali packaging. In the case of any custom collections or any other products which a customer may be able to customize or personalize, these are not exchangeable. We are not obliged to accept exchanges that do not meet the above conditions and we may (a) refuse an exchange in such case and (b) send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer's cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care via email at hello@Tovmali.com. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can.

 

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY:

• You must make your exchange within 7 days of the delivery date

• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

• Garments must include the original box in its original condition.

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
